License and Distribution Information
As more and more requests come in for information on obtaining a license to produce or distribute products for the Talishar Role-Playing System we have created this page to help answer questions. Two types of licenses will be available and the terms are listed below.
Printing and Production of Talishar Products
This license allows a publisher to purchase the rights to publish a set number of copies of specific products created by Miller J. Wilson or Gamers Palace, LLC and to distribute them world wide non-exclusively. Each product will have a seperate price per copy and with a minimum of 100 copies. Companies purchasing this license will be given a text only copy of the product they wish to publish in a .PDF file and then are free to add any artwork they own the rights to and set the price they wish to sell it at. Licensees must sign and return a completed Licensing Agreement along with the full payment for the number of copies to be produced before they will recieve the file. All products must be sold in a printed format and are prohibited from being distributed in an electronic format. Publishers must also state that the product is published by their company for either Miller J. Wilson or Gamers Palace, LTD and list the copyright information of the text as belonging to either Miller J. Wilson or Gamers Palace, LTD and a seperate copyright notification for the artwork. In addition all copies produced must contain the Talishar logo on the top of the front cover, top of the Title or Cover Page, and on the bottom of the back cover. In addition the Title or Cover Page and the back cover must contain the website address to Talishar.com.
Publishing Talishar Role-Playing System Compatible Products
This license allows writers, game designers, and publishers to create and sell their own material that uses the Talishar Role-Playing System. Licensees may distribute their product anyway they wish anywhere they wish. The cost of the license is $5.00 US + 2% of the cover price/sale. The license is for a period of 5 years and the licensee is required to submit quarterly payments and sales report for each product the produce with this license. Persons or companies wishing to produce materials with this license must first submit a completed License Agreement with the $5.00 US payment before they may begin publication and distribution. All items produced with this license must contain the Talishar Logo and website address for Talishar.com on the bottom of the Title or Cover page and back cover.

In addition we will add a page with links and contact information to the companies and publishers that hold one or more of our game licenses for your convience.
